Rolling Stone refuses to run Bible ad. "The magazine rejected Zondervan's Bible ad just weeks before its scheduled run date, citing an unwritten policy against accepting ads containing religious messages. Zondervan executives say the entertainment magazine was key in its $1 million campaign to reach young adults who have rarely, if ever, seen Bible ads before."

Four clips from Dear Frankie.
  • "Nine-year-old Frankie and his single mum Lizzie have been on the move ever since Frankie can remember, most recently arriving in a seaside Scottish town. Wanting to protect her deaf son from the truth that they've run away from his father, Lizzie has invented a story that he is away at sea on the HMS Accra. Every few weeks, Lizzie writes Frankie a make-believe letter from his father, telling of his adventures in exotic lands. As Frankie tracks the ship's progress around the globe, he discovers that it is due to dock in his hometown. With the real HMS Accra arriving in only a fortnight, Lizzie must choose between telling Frankie the truth or finding the perfect stranger to play Frankie's father for just one day."

A wide majority of people in the world believe that US President George W. Bush has made the world more dangerous. "Negative feelings about Bush are high and are generalizing to the American people who reelected him. This is quite a grim picture for the US." Only in three countries, Poland, India and the Philippines, was there a majority of support for Bush.

Picture is a complete fake. 1st- Angelina Jolie is taller than Brad Pitt. 2nd- Look at Angelina's hand in Brad's shirt in the smal picture (upper left). That photo was defiantly cropped together.

I've got the magazine...from several other pictures taken moments later, it's clear that that's not Angelina's hand, it's Brad's right jacket pocket (there doesn't appear to be a left pocket). If it was her hand and it was fake, it'd be incredibly easy to fix. Also, in photos I'm looking at, Brad is taller (although at 5-10, if she's wearing heels, there wouldn't be that great a difference). Also, there are 3 other pictures, each 11 inches high. Fakes are almost always smaller.

Brad's spokesman says it was a rehearsal, and there may be some validity to that. But as far as being fake, it isn't.

BTW: guys who are in bad marriages cheat all the time, often with girls much less desirable than Angelina Jolie. Why is Brad being treated like a saint? He was in Italy, with a bitchy wife home in LA, and had a shot at Angelina. He'd almost have to be gay not to take it.

And take a spelling lesson, genius.

I don't get what you guys are saying on the height thing. Pitt is six feet, Angie is 5'9". That's about what they look like in the picture, isn't it? Am I looking at the wrong picture?

I do get the other point. That does look like Angie's hand in the middle of Pitt's stomach, which is the kind of thing that crops up in bad photoshops. On the other hand, if you have seen the full-sized pics and it is a design element of his clothing, that would clear up that point. I haven't seen the magazine.
