Rolling Stones to play Hollywood Bowl in November. The top ticket price is ... (are you ready for this?) ... $454.50. The last time the Stones played the Bowl, Mick Jagger was 22 years old. Wait? Did they have amplified sound when Mick was 22? Or did they just use a megaphone like Rudy Vallee?

Land of the Dead, as reviewed by The Filthy Critic

Here's the nudity scoop on Anne Hathaway's film, Havoc, as seen at the Filmfest Munchen, and reported at Anne-Hathaway.com. (You can read the review yourself in its full detail at that site, but I didn't link to it because the site requires registration.)
  • "For those who just want the short version, Anne has scenes where she appears topless, Bijou Phillips has scenes where she appears topless, Freddy Rodriguez has one scene where he shows his naked butt. There is no nudity by Shari Appleby or Mike Vogel. There is NO lower frontal nudity by anyone in the movie."
  • "Barbara Kopple confirmed that the movie has received an R rating. So everybody who had bashed Anne for all the extensive nudity must now eat plenty of crow."
  • The lack of lower body nudity is contrary to previous reports that have floated around the internet from time to time. It is possible that the earlier reports were wrong, but it is also possible that the final edit was made to avoid an NC-17 rating. At this point, I don't know.

No one's going to have to eat crow. The full nudity may have been cut out of the R-rated version, but the scenes were filmed. I know because I'm looking at three stills from it right now. She's fully nude getting out of the shower (big furry bush).

The shower stills aren't her.

Anonymous number two is correct.
A short clip was released some time ago claiming to be video footage of Anne Hathaway from Havoc.
In the video footage, it's clear the woman is not Hathaway.
It's more than likely that Anonymous #1's stills are from this erroneously-titled clip.
You can probably still find the fake clip and stills on thatsjustnotright.com

To add to Shampyon's comment:

According to all reports, Hathaway had a shaven haven for the shoot. The woman in the stills and clip doesn't.

Plus, it doesn't look like her at all.

Looks like #1 needs an eye check.

The video footage of the nude girl getting out of the shower is NOT Anne Hathaway. There is NO such scene in Havoc. How do I know that? Because I'm the one who saw the movie in Munich and posted the review on anne-hathaway.com. As for the claim that the full nudity was filmed but cut out, that's also a false rumor. There is only one website (which has often been proven unreliable) which has posted "reviews" of the alleged explicit nude scenes, and those reviews were posted in October 2004. There's a message at http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0285175/board/flat/7511530 by someone who saw an advanced screening in March 2004. The writer of this message clearly states that Anne showed only "Full upper body nudity (topless)", which confirms what Anne had told Barbara Walters in a TV interview in April 2004 and confirms what I saw in Munich. So there was NO "original cut" containing the explicit nude scenes. It was all just a lie.

One additional note on my previous message directly above. When the Director confirmed that the movie had received an R rating, I asked her if any scenes had to be cut to avoid a possible NC-17 rating. She said that the gang initiation scene involving Bijou Phillips and the 2 gang members had been longer, but she didn't mention any additional explicit nude scenes by Anne. Someone else who also saw the movie in Munich also talked to the Director, and she confirmed that NO lower frontal nudity was filmed.

VIDEO: Jerry Seinfield in Oz: "On May 14th 1998, Jerry, George, Elaine, and Kramer were sentenced to one year in prison for violating the Massachusetts Good Samaritan Law. Then, due to a series of sarcastic quips Jerry made to prison guards, and a series finale regarded by most TV critics as 'Satisfactory At Best', Jerry Seinfeld was transferred to a maximum security prison. There were no surprises in this weekend's box office. It was expected to be weak, and it was, with only minor shifts from film to film.
  • Batman held on to #1 despite a 45% drop from last weekend. The Perfect Man virtually dropped off the chart.
  • The total gross for the top dozen films was off 16% from last year, marking the 18th consecutive week to finish below the equivalent week in the previous year. That is the longest such slump in the history of modern record-keeping.
  • Analysts have made too much of that slump. The basic explanation is that last year was an unusual year. Fahrenheit 911 and The Passion of the Christ brought lots of non-moviegoers into the theaters. The revenues from those two films engorge last year's grosses, like a pig passing through a python. If one studies the revenue history over a longer period than a single year, the numbers make more sense. Last year's weekend was up $25 million over the previous year, attributable almost entirely to an opening weekend of $24 million for Fahrenheit 911. Here is this weekend compared to the equivalent weekend for the past two years.
    2003 - $113m

    2004 - $138m

    2005 - $116m

  • If you assume that the Fahrenheit 911 business was a windfall of incremental revenue from non-traditional moviegoers, and compare only the remaining films, then the numbers look completely sensible - like this
    2003 - $113m

    2004 - $114m

    2005 - $116m

Four clips from Nightwatch
  • "Set in contemporary Moscow, Night Watch (Nochnoi Dozor) revolves around the conflict and balance maintained between the forces of light and darkness -- the result of a medieval truce between the opposing sides. As night falls, the dark forces battle the super-human "Others" of the Night Watch, whose mission is to patrol and protect. But there is constant fear that an ancient prophecy will come true: that a powerful Other will rise up, be tempted by one of the sides, and tip the balance plunging the world into a renewed war between the dark and light, the results of which would be catastrophic. Nochnoi Dozor is the first installment of a trilogy based on the best-selling sci-fi novels of Sergei Lukyanenko entitled Night Watch, Day Watch and Dusk Watch."

Here's a new featurette about The Skeleton Key
  • "From the writer of The Ring (Ehren Kruger) and the director of K-PAX (Iain Softley) comes Universal Pictures' contemporary supernatural thriller, The Skeleton Key. Set largely in the dark atmospheric backwoods just outside of New Orleans, The Skeleton Key stars Hudson as Caroline, a live-in nurse hired to care for an elderly woman's (Rowlands) ailing husband (Hurt) in their home...a foreboding and decrepit mansion in the Louisiana delta. Intrigued by the enigmatic couple, their mysterious and secretive ways and their rambling house, Caroline beings to explore the old mansion. Armed with a skeleton key that unlocks every door, she discovers a hidden attic room that holds a deadly and terrifying secret. Peter Sarsgaard portrays Luke, the local attorney working on the couple's estate, and Joy Bryant plays Jill, Caroline's best friend."
