Today we salute TWO "other crappy" legends:

Mr T and Corbin Bernsen

Amazingly, the two entertainment titans worked together in a 2001 movie called Judgment. Yahoo summarizes it as follows: "Corbin Bernsen stars in this film from the producers of the popular APOCALYPSE series of films that mix Christian ideology with TWILIGHT ZONE like plots to examine modern day attitudes towards religion."

Yeah, I tried to see that, but the lines were too long.

"Google Passes Yahoo as Second Most-Visited Web Site "
"It is the first time that Mountain View, California-based Google attracted more visitors than Yahoo, reflecting Google's growing popularity outside the U.S. Sunnyvale, California-based Yahoo is still the most-visited site within the U.S."

Colts lose again, but Manning sets a major record
"The loss ruined another record day for Manning, who set an NFL mark by reaching 4,000 yards passing for the seventh time in his nine-year career. Manning was 21-of-27 for 205 yards and had three touchdown passes."

Manning had previously been tied with Dan Marino for the "most seasons with at least 4000 passing yards"

Weekend Box Office Results for December 22-24, 2006
The kiddie movie and DeNiro's CIA marathon performed approximately according to expectations. The two sports movies did not. Rocky Balboa received strong reviews, but did not prove especially tempting to moviegoers. We Are Marshall barely made a dent in the standings.

Eragon suffered a precipitous decline of 70% from last weekend, indicating poor word of mouth among members of its target audience. That matches up with the lambasting given to it by critics.

Stars flicker and flame out in 2006
Boldest career-boosting plan: "Move over, leaked sex tape. The paparazzi crotch shot is here. Lindsay Lohan has been caught at least four times wearing minis with no panties, and during her club-tour with Hilton (infamous for exposed nether regions), Spears was caught sans delicates three times. Note to young Hollywood: There's a reason they're called private parts."
