Never happen. Same problem as Trump/O'Donnell. It fails to pass the Vince McMahon litmus test - never match up two bad guys.

He fell right between the cracks in Chinese law. If you steal six cents, you get off with a warning, but at eight cents, you get the death penalty. Chinese justice is harsh, but fair. And extremely precise.
