Andre the Giant - 119 beers (12 oz) in six hours

If you look at Andre's Wikipedia entry, you'll see that he was actually 6'9 3/4", nit ther 7'5" he was billed.

The Unfilmables: A List of the Hardest Novels to Film
I like the idea of Wes Anderson trying The Catcher in the Rye, but the novel is now so dated that even a good adaptation would be quaint. It would probably require a modernization to be relevant, and I can't imagine Salinger allowing anyone to buy the rights if they intend to tinker with it.

I think Michael Gondry could probably pull off The Crying of Lot 49 if he had a brilliant script from somebody like Kaufman.
